Scientific installation is the basis
Before installation, the well conditions must be strictly checked to ensure that the well depth and diameter match the pump model, and the pump should be immersed in water for at least 3 meters and 1 meter away from the bottom of the muddy water. The water quality must be clean, the sand content must not exceed 0.01%, and the pH value must be maintained between 6.5-8.5. In addition, the verticality deviation of the well pipe must be controlled within 20 cm, and anti-freeze measures must be taken in high-altitude cold areas, such as burying the pipe below the frozen soil layer or installing a pressure relief valve.
Safe use is key
It is strictly forbidden to run the solar deep well pump without water, otherwise the motor may burn out. After the first start or long-term outage, it is necessary to confirm that there is enough water in the well. The system should be disconnected in time during thunderstorms to avoid damage to the equipment by lightning. In terms of electrical safety, all cable connectors must be waterproofed, and the voltage and current parameters of the solar panel, controller and water pump must match. Reverse polarity is strictly prohibited.
Regular maintenance is essential
If the pump makes unusual noises, vibrates violently, or stops, immediately turn off the power and contact a professional for repair. Do not disassemble the motor or controller by yourself. When the pump is not used for a long time, drain the water in the pump and power it on for a few minutes every 2 to 3 months to prevent aging of the components.
Prohibited behaviors to keep in mind
To ensure equipment safety, the document explicitly prohibits the following actions: running the pump directly without a controller, using it in a non-clean water environment (such as sewage or seawater), using it when the solar panel is damaged or the wiring is exposed, and hitting the pump body with hard objects or pulling the cable.
