DIFFUL Surface pumps starts operation in Malawi

        As the end of the year approaches, DIFFUL, a manufacturer of solar water pumps, is bustling in its production workshop. On January 12, three container trucks fully loaded with DIFFUL's core equipment completed loading and are about to be shipped to various parts of the world. One of the 40HQ , loaded with DC-type CPM series surface pumps, will travel across mountains and seas to the Republic of Malawi in Southeast Africa, injecting 'Chinese power' into local agricultural production and infrastructure development.         

  On January 12th, the loading site was bustling with activity. The staff had clear division of labor: some carefully checked the product models and quantities, some skillfully secured and packaged the goods for protection, and others operated forklifts to load and unload with precision. Every step was orderly and well-organized. All three containers of goods were urgent orders from customers, among which the container destined for Malawi, containing DC-type CPM series surface pump products, perfectly met the core demands of the local agriculture and infrastructure sectors.

         Malawi's unique climate and cultural environment place extremely high demands on the adaptability and stability of equipment. As a landlocked country in southeastern Africa, three-quarters of Malawi's territory consists of highland terrain at elevations of 1,000-1,500 meters, featuring a tropical savanna climate with significant temperature differences throughout the year and distinct wet and dry seasons—the wet season lasts from December to April, with abundant but uneven rainfall that can easily cause waterlogging in farmland; the cool dry season runs from May to October, with drought and scarce rainfall leading to water shortages, which become a major bottleneck for agricultural production. At the same time, Malawi is an agricultural country, with about 86% of the population relying on agriculture for their livelihood, and its economic development heavily dependent on the sector. However, local irrigation facilities are extremely limited, and most farmers still follow traditional rain-fed farming practices, leaving food security highly vulnerable to climate change. The DC-powered CPM series surface pumps that DIFFUL is sending to the local area precisely address these challenges. This product series features a DC power design, with low starting current and low power consumption, enabling direct compatibility with the commonly used local solar power systems, perfectly solving the problems of insufficient grid coverage and unstable electricity in remote highland areas, ensuring stable irrigation during the dry season. Its core components are made of high-temperature-resistant and moisture-proof materials with special sealing treatment, effectively resisting the extreme climate conditions of hot and humid wet seasons and hot and dry dry seasons, thereby extending the service life under harsh environments. In addition, its high flow pumping capability enables a dual function of 'irrigation in the dry season and drainage in the wet season': during the dry season, it can quickly pump limited river, pond, and groundwater to meet the irrigation needs of major crops such as maize and tobacco; during the wet season, it can efficiently drain water from farmland, alleviating flood risks caused by uneven rainfall, fundamentally helping local agriculture reduce its dependence on climate.

        At present, the cargo for all three containers has been fully loaded and sealed, and will be shipped to their destinations by sea in succession.
